The key challenge was balancing a clean, simple interface with the complexity of real-time data and user flows. Doctors needed fast access to schedules and earnings without digging through multiple layers—especially important in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments. Step 1: Researched healthcare workflows and pain points through interviews and competitor analysis. Identified core needs: real-time visibility, simplicity, and trust in data accuracy. Step 2: Created wireframes and interactive prototypes, testing them with real professionals to validate information hierarchy and usability.
